Returns
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.
We will accept returns under the following conditions:
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
The return request is made within 10 days of delivery
Proof of purchase is provided
Approved returns should be shipped back within 7 days of authorization.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or provider
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will offer:
A replacement, or
A full refund (including shipping, if applicable)
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.
